Dr. Michael Cusack, a Midwest native and avid outdoorsman, earned his dental degree from Southern Illinois University in 2007. He has practiced for 18 years in Illinois and Colorado, advancing his expertise in periodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, facial esthetics, and implant dentistry.
